We kindly ask customers to inspect their orders in front of the delivery personnel at the time of delivery. Once the delivery has been completed and the delivery agent has left, no exchanges or refunds can be processed.

Delivery Policy

Delivery charges within Dhaka are BDT:80, while deliveries outside Dhaka are charged BDT:130.

Please note that these rates apply to parcels weighing up to 1 kilogram. If the parcel weight exceeds 1 kg, additional delivery charges may apply based on the courier’s rate.
